Refund Policy

By Law, the Consumer has the right to return the Goods within seven days, and you must notify Techniflow Hand Driers Ltd, by e-mail, within seven days of receipt of the goods, that you wish to return them. The item/s must not have been used, and must be in the original unopened packaging, and in a resalable condition.

We reserve the rights to refuse items not up to standard. The customer is responsible for all the carriage costs, both for the delivery, and the return of the goods.

We would advise all customers to use a secure delivery service that requires a signature on delivery, and covers the value of the goods being returned, as the customer will be responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
